Refund policy

⏱️ Return Window

  • You have 7 days after delivery to request a return or cancellation

📦 Condition for Returns

  • Items must be:
    • Unused / unfitted
    • In original condition
  • Once tyres or rims are fitted/used → NO returns or refunds

💸 Refund Deductions

  • Refunds are not full in most cases
  • Costs deducted may include:
    • Return shipping fees
    • Any delivery charges (even if originally free)
  • You (the customer) are responsible for return costs

🚚 Return Process

  • You cannot return items yourself
  • The company will:
    • Arrange collection via their courier
    • Advise you of the return cost

💳 Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are processed:
    • Via EFT or original payment method
  • Timeline:
    • Up to 15 business days after they receive and inspect the product

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • Must notify them in writing within 7 days
  • Products must be:
    • Undamaged
    • Not fitted
  • If items are damaged during return (no insurance), refund may be rejected
